Refund and Returns Policy

Effective Date: 10 December 2025

Your Rights Under New Zealand Law

We comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. If your PPE is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Faulty or Not as Described

  • Minor issues: We will repair, replace, or refund.
  • Major issues: You may choose a refund or replacement.

If goods arrive damaged, delayed, or don’t arrive, contact us immediately

Change-of-Mind Returns

  • Timeframe: 30 days from purchase
  • Condition: Unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase
  • Outcome: Exchange or store credit (no cash refunds for change-of-mind)

Exclusions: Opened respirators, earplugs, contaminated PPE, custom items.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at ranier@nzcareers.co.nz
  2. Prepare the item (unused or cleaned if safe)
  3. We assess and process within 5–7 business days

Workplace PPE

Employers remain responsible for providing suitable PPE under the Health and Safety at Work Act

Important Notes

  • We do not display “no refunds” signs or mislead customers about CGA rights.
  • Hygiene and safety exclusions apply only to change-of-mind returns.
  • Misuse, alteration, or damage after sale may void remedies.
